Update on 2009 AHRMA Off Road Awards Presentation!

Don & Francene have pulled a rabbit out of the hat for the AHRMA racers who plan on attending the 2009 Off Road Awards Presentation.  They have secured the Jefferson Visitor Center as the location to host this fun filled night to include a no host bar as a part of the awards night program.

This location is literally right at the end of the train tracks which runs from the site of the 2010 Diamond Don AHRMA Off Road Nationals.  Rumor has it that Don and Francene are going to arrange for those wishing to attend the awards presentation to ride the train from the track to the Jefferson Visitor Center and back to the track (more will follow on this). 

Make your plans to attend what is going to be an excellent addition to one of AHRMA's finest off road events!

The basic information for tickets is noted below:

The 2009 Off Road Awards presentation at Diamond Don's is to be held on Saturday April 17th, 2010. There will be a social hour at 6pm, dinner at 7pm and awards at 8pm. Advance ticket sales end on April 2nd, cost is $10.  Click here for a registration form (pdf).

All tickets must be purchased in advance - no walkups allowed! . If you miss the cut off date of April 2, you may RSVP the national office with the number in your party and you can pay at the door.  No RSVP's will be accepted after April 9, 2010.

No tickets will be available at the door.  Vintage views will have the complete details.
